Inaugurated by the author on November 16, 1972, the Henri Bosco collection is located at the arts library at the Université de Nice (address: 100 Bd. Edouard Herriot - 06200 Nice, phone: 04 93 37 55 55). It is intended to collect all the works and documents relating to Henri Bosco and to serve as a place for researchers from around the world to work and meet.

Founded in February 1973 by Professor J. Onimus, the Association is open to those who wish to remember "the greatest dreamer of modern times." Its goal is to encourage and facilitate studies and research related to the author and his work, as well as other activities that honour his memory.

The Association regularly publishes the Cahiers Henri Bosco which offer previously unpublished documents, reprints, correspondence, critical studies, bibliography, and iconographical documents.

It organizes exhibitions (a permanent exhibition is available), days of study, lectures, conferences, diverse activities, and friendly gatherings around the memory of Henri Bosco. It solicits and facilitates work, translations, editions, radio and television programmes, and films.
